Water-based gutta, pearl black

Water based gutta, heat-fixed pigments and resin, suitable for outlining. Iridescent guttas pass perfectly over the fabric without bleeding. Applied directly from the tube or applicator, they can be applied both: freshly, or when dry. Once fixed with an iron, water based guttas are not removed by washing, except for clear water based gutta, which is removed by water. Relief outliner 20ml tube.
