By accessing the Creaclic.ch website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Orders
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are accepted with the understanding that stock is available. In some cases, limited availability may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested. Please know we will do our best to fulfill your complete order.
All products are supplied subject to availability. Creaclic.ch aim to keep all advertised products in stock, but occasionally items may be unavailable due to (but not limited to) supply problems. On occasion that an order for an out of stock item has been placed, we will offer the option of a refund, alternative product or placing a backorder for the items.

Please note - there is no minimum order value and no handling charges. Creaclic.ch will not be held liable for failure or delay to deliver your order.

Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be used to to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment.
Creaclic.ch know how important it is to keep your personal information safe and secure online. When you give us any personal information, we will not pass it on to anybody else.

Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs and include VAT.
The Price of Goods shall be the price ruling at the date of dispatch of the order.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on Creaclic's website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is discovered Creaclic will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel, Creaclic will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.


Shipping information
For Switzerland, all orders under the value of CHF 150.00 excluding P&P will be charged at a standard rate of CHF 7.50. Orders in excess of CHF 150.00 excluding P&P will be delivered FREE of charge.

For other countries, the cost of delivery is calculated on the weight of the items in your order. The cost of delivery will be shown once you have selected your delivery destination.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you specified in your account. If the goods are to be delivered to a different address, this must be specified at the time the order is placed and cannot be changed afterwards.

Damages
Creaclic does not undertake any liability for damages caused by improper operations by the customer, by wrong use or inadequate storage of his products.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 8 days. Items returned must be in sellable condition.  Opened or used merchandise can not be returned. If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact webmaster@creaclic.ch or return the item(s). Shipping charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.

Payment options

Invoice payable within 10 days: This payment method is available for customers residing in Switzerland only, subject to eligibility. For new customers and / or orders that exceed the amount of two hundred Swiss francs Creaclic.ch reserves the right to require payment in advance.
In other cases, delivery Creaclic.ch joined a document entitled "Invoice", the total amount must be paid within 10 days using the payment slip provided. In case of late payment, Creaclic.ch reserves the right to charge a fee for setting payment reminders.

Property
Goods delivered remain the property of Creaclic.ch until payment is made in full.

Jurisdiction
